Rnd 1 - 1dc in 5th ch from hk (count the turning ch as a dc and ch1), ch1,*sk 1-sts, 1dc in next, ch1, rpt from * 8 times, (1dc, ch1, 1dc, ch1, 1dc, ch1, 1dc, ch1) in last st, working down the other side of the foundation, ** sk 1-st, 1dc in to the base of the dc on the other side, ch1, rpt from ** 8 times, (1dc, ch1, 1dc, ch1) into base of last dc st, sl st into top or 4th  ch-st to join. [24dc, 24ch1]

Rnd 2 - ch3 (count as 1dc, ch1), *sk 1-st (the ch-1 sp), 1dc in next st, ch1, rpt from * all the way around, sl st into 2nd ch to join. [24dc, 24ch1]

Rnd 10 - ch1 (not counted as a st), 1sc in same sp as ch-1, * 1sc in ch-1 sp, 1sc in next st, rpt from * all around, sl st into 1st sc to join. [48sc]

Rnd 11 - ch1 (not counted as a st), 1sc in same sp as ch-1, 1sc in next 5-sts, ch15, sk 12-sts, 1sc in next 12-sts, ch15, sk 12-sts, 1sc in next 6-sts, sl st into 1st sc to join.

Rnd 13 - sl st into each st around, cut yarn, fasten off and weave in ends.

Flower

Foundation, col B - ch3, sl st into st ch to make a ring.

Rnd 1 - ch1 (do not count as a st), 12sc into ring, sl st into 1st sc to join. [12sc]

Rnd 2 - * ch2, sk 1-sts, sl st into next, rpt from * 6 times, making the last sl st into the same sp as the 1st ch-2, ch1, cut yarn, fasten off and weave in ends. [6xch2 sps]

Rnd 3, col C - sl st new col in any ch-2 sp, * (ch2, 4dc, ch2, sl st) into sp, sl st into next ch-2 sp, rpt from * 6 times, making the last sl st of the rnd into the same sp as the 1st ch-2, cut yarn, leave a long tail for sewing and fasten off.

Finishing

Place the flower into any position on one side of the bag, thread the yarn tail onto the needle and use that to sew the flower in place.
