About This Bauble Crochet Pattern
- This is a simple circle crochet pattern made up of two joined rounds, perfect for a beginner wanting to learn how to crochet a circle.
- The bauble is then finished with three rows of single crochet and chain stitches, which created the bauble cap and hanging loop.
- After experimenting, we made the bauble using two crochet circles joined together, it not only gives the bauble a better structure it gives it a better look from both the front and back and a professional finish.
- We used two different hook sizes to make this pattern, 4mm, and 3mm crochet hooks. The 4mm hook was used to make the circles for the bauble and we went down a hook size to make the bauble cap, because the 4mm hook made it look too chunky.
- The pattern starts with a foundation ring made with chain stitches, however, it can be started with a crochet magic ring.
- It is a quick and easy pattern that can be made in less than 15 minutes.
- And because these are so quick to make they are great for last-minute Christmas gifts.
